Review
Just spent a brilliant mid week break with friends at Little Cote Manor House. The staff, the rooms, the food and all amenities were excellent.
The waiters/waitresses, ours was Georgia, (a lovely lady, thank you Georgia,) we’re very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed.
We did Archery, taught by a great guy, we had a tour of the house, by a very knowledgable guy. The evening entertainment was amazing too. A great place for a few days away, we’ll worth a visit.
We shall return,
Thanks to everyone.
What a wonderful experience it was. Very friendly and helpful staff, gorgious room with pattio and all the items you would need in your room, tea, coffee bickies etc. Very clean and tidy every where in the hotel. Fabulous choice of well cooked food for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment of an evening has a choice from quiet and relaxing to a full stage production.
The ground are the estate of Littlecote including the house, Roman Villa and grounds. The old house is well worth a visit and comes as part of your stay. Leasure facilities include Shooting, Archery, Crocket and more. They have a swimming pool and massage treatment rooms to name but a few delights in the leasure centre.
I cannot say how highly we reted the Hotel, but we booked another visit before we left. I forgot to mention the small museum for the Band Of Brothers 101st Airborne who had their HQ and living quarters in the grounds during WW2, You can still visit one of the stables that they used. There are so many things to remember seeing, go take a look for your self. Remember this is a no children hotel as it does not cater for young families. For the rest of us it's great.
Thanks to all the staff for their help and assistance.
